Participant Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, please submit your request in writing to Events@EasternMedicinalTherapies.com. Unless otherwise indicated (see specific program listing) the cancelation policy is as follows. Subject to change without notice.
- 31+ Days Notice: 100% refunded, less a $25 credit card transaction fee.
- 7-30 Days Notice: 100% refunded, less a $25 administrative fee for a one day program, $50 administrative fee for a multiple day program, plus a $25 credit card transaction fee.
- 1-6 Days Notice: 50% refunded, less $25 credit card transaction fee.
- No refund will be issued for a withdrawal after the start of the course.
Note: Please note, there is a $30 charge for all canceled checks or improperly disputed charges.
Course Cancellation Policy: If, by the course early registration date, the course does not fulfill minimum enrollment requirements, EMTEC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund of tuition paid to EMTEC.
If EMTEC needs to cancel a class due to illness, inclement weather, or some other unforeseen circumstance, every effort will be made to reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time; otherwise a full refund will be issued.
Policy About Disabilities Act: We welcome all people to EMTEC. Please contact Lauren Paap as soon as you have an interest in attending a program so that your unique needs can be understood and the necessary changes can begin to be implemented. Special accommodations will be made for people with disabilities as long as they have confirmed and paid in full for the course no less than 15 days prior to the start date of the course. Registrations after this time will be processed and, although we will make an effort to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee accommodation.
