Founding Director of the former Acupressure Therapy Institute, Barbara Blanchard has more than 35 years experience in teaching and developing curriculum. She specializes in Acupressure Shiatsu, Acupoint energetics, traditional Chinese medical theory (TCM), magnet therapy, moxibustion and other adjunct therapies. Barbara is a dynamic teacher interested in practical application of theory or best clinical results. With a lifelong passion for learning and education, in addition to her private practice in Cambridge, MA. Barbara is one of the three founding teachers and primary mentors for Eastern Medicinal Therapies Education Center (EMTEC).
