When is a table, not a table?
As we are new and to keep costs reasonable, we have a limited supply of acupuncture tables and shiatsu mats; we have plenty of yoga mats and blankets to use on a carpeted floor. If you have specific needs please be in touch or consider bringing a treatment table or mat.
Sustenance, and other forms of post-natal Qi
Please consider packing food and beverages for the day as the lunch break is not quite sufficient to accommodate travel time to/from restaurants. Tea and water are available.
With tradition in mind, when our trainings are located at Roots and Wings Yoga and Healing Arts there is a "no shoes" policy in the classroom, slippers welcome!

If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, please submit your request in writing to Events@EasternMedicinalTherapies.com
Cancellations can be made up to 14 calendar days before the day of the course for a full refund minus a processing fee of $50.
To help maintain our reasonable rates, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. However, our mission is to create community and advance our collective education, so a credit of 25% will be applied to your account to be used toward another training event up to one year after the date of the originally scheduled workshop.
If EMTEC needs to cancel a class due to illness, inclement weather, or some other unforeseen circumstance, every effort will be made to reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time; otherwise a full refund will be issued.
